Bengaluru Power Outage | Power Supply Disruption on October 16th and 18th
No power between 10 am and 5.30 pm due to UG line charging work
BENGALURU:
Some areas of South Bengaluru will face power cuts till March 5 due to the work of high-tension (HT) under-ground (UG) line charging.
As per a Bescom release, the power outage will occur between 10 am and 5.30 pm.
The UG line charging work will be carried out at Khodays, Sarakki and RBI, Banashankari and Arehalli sub-stations.
The areas that will face power cuts on Tuesday and Thursday are BCMC Layout, Tippasandara and Channamma Garden. Areas like Kothanur Main Road, RBI Layout, Sarakki Thota, Rose Garden, Siddeshwara Theatre surroundings, areas near Sindhoor Chowltry and JP Nagar Phase 6 will see a power outage on Wednesday and Friday.
The areas that will face power cuts on March 3 are: Hosakerehalli, Mookambikanagara, 7th Block,3rd Stage BSK, Venkatappa Layout, Dattatreyanagara and surrounding areas.
On March 4, Sapthagiri Layout, TG Layout, Ittamadu and surrounding areas will not have power supply.
