Karnataka BJP demands re-investigation into 2012 PU student rape-cum-murder case

BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel clarified that there was no dissidence within the party and that all its members were united in the war against Covid-19.
His comments came in the wake of rumours of dissidence after several party MLAs attended a dinner at senior leader Umesh Katti’s residence in Belagavi on Thursday.
“We are all behind the Chief Minister and are confident he will complete his term. The BJP government’s programmes are for the welfare of the people,” Kateel said. Blaming the opposition, he said the KPCC president was “trying to create a misunderstanding between us.”
