Education Commissioner also infected
BENGALURU:
After a brief period of home isolation, Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar shifted himself to a hospital on the suggestion of his friend, a doctor.
The Minister was infected by the dreaded virus last Monday and was in home isolation since then.
On Sunday, Suresh Kumar tweeted, “Since Monday I have been in home isolation, infected with the Covid-19 virus. On the advice of a doctor, I am now admitted to one of my friend’s small hospital in Bengaluru. I am under the doctor’s observation . No one needs to worry. In all ways, my health is improving.”

ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಈಗ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಗೆಳೆಯರೊಬ್ಬರ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ವೈದ್ಯರ ನಿಗಾದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
ಯಾರೂ ಆತಂಕ ಪಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ನನ್ನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸುಧಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
Meanwhile, the minister’s subordinate, Education Commissioner Anbu Kumar, has also been admitted to a private hospital after being infected by the coronavirus.
