The Electric mobility platform announces the launch of its new route from Indiranagar Metro Station to EGL

BENGALURU:

MetroRide, India’s first AI-driven electric mobility platform has increased its footprint now to Indiranagar, Bangalore. This will enable commuters to use Electric autos to reach their destinations while reducing their carbon footprint. The cost for these rides starts at INR 10.

MetroRide is currently connecting Indiranagar Metro Station to Embassy Golf Links (EGL) via the 100 ft road. The awarded electric shared mobility platform enables the customers to make their daily Metro commute Affordable, quick and carbon-free.

Commenting on the launch Girish Nagpal, CEO, and Co-Founder, MetroRide said “We are committed to solve the first & last mile connectivity problem in our urban cities. We will be actively working with the government, Namma Metro and traffic authorities to ensure that our solution helps the city to decongest by enabling people to shift to greener commute solutions and shared mobility.”

MetroRide begins operations from Indiranagar Metro Station

Kaaman Agarwal, CTO and Co-Founder stated, “Indiranagar is one of the important areas in Bangalore. It is surrounded by tech parks and office spaces along with the bustling 100 Feet Road that caters to a lot of commuters.Our simple to use app ensures that the daily commuters are able to book rides in just 2 clicks & get a hassle-free experience free of any haggling and exact change issues.

With just 7 months since its launch, MetroRide has catered to 75,000 customers with an average of just 2.01 minutes of wait time per ride. Incepted with an intent to tackle problems linked to the daily commute and climate change, the startup attributes its success to the enthusiastic response of consumers.
