BENGALURU:
The CCB police on Friday raided 2 places illegally selling whiskey in tetra packs in Bengaluru and seized 2,000 such tetra packs as well as hundreds of cigarette packets.
The cops raided a place in Ramamurthy Nagar, arrested one person and seized 1,000 tetra packs of liquor. Another 1,000 tetra packs were seized in Kengeri.
Joint Commissioner (Crime) Sandeep Patil tweeted: “Seized more than 2,000 liquor tetra packs being sold illegally.”
