KEA Medical, Dental Counselling 2026: Second-Round Seat Allotment Begins September 7; Option Entry Open Till September 9
Bengaluru: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will begin the second-round seat allotment process for medical and dental courses from September 7, Executive Director H. Prasanna said.
Candidates who selected Choice 2 or Choice 3 in the first round, as well as those who were not allotted a seat in the first round, are eligible to participate in the second round, Prasanna said in a statement.
Candidates who exited after the second round of UGCET by selecting Choice 4 can also participate, provided they have medical or dental options, he said.
Eligible candidates must log in to the portal and save their options between 2 pm on September 7 and 2 pm on September 9.
KEA will publish the provisional seat-allotment result after completion of the option-entry process, Prasanna said.
Candidates have been advised to visit the KEA website for further details on the second-round medical and dental seat-allotment process.
