10-month boy discharged from Dakshina Kannada hospital
BENGALURU:
A 10-month-old boy, who is the youngest-known coronavirus patient in Karnataka, has recovered and was discharged from a hospital on Saturday.
The baby was listed as Patient 56. A resident of Dakshina Kannada, he tested positive on March 27. The baby had no travel history but had gone to Kerala with family members.
The baby was undergoing treatment at a designated hospital in the district since testing positive. Sources say the boy’s parents have also tested negative.
