Karnataka govt cancels Ejipura flyover tender
BENGALURU:
Karnataka High Court on Thursday issued direction to BBMP to state the timeline for completing flyover between Ejipura main road and Kendriya Sadana in Koramangala.
Hearing a PIL petition filed by 72-year-old Adinarayan Shetty, resident of Koramangala 5th Block, a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice N.S. Sanjay Gowda issued the direction and listed the next hearing on September 7, 2021.
The bench has sought BBMP to reply with the timeline for completing the 2.5 km-long flyover between Ejipura main road and Kendriya Sadana in Koramangala which was started in May 2017 at a cost of Rs 203 crore.
