Dates finalised keeping other exams in mind: DCM
The CET for professional courses will be conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority on July 7 and 8, Deputy Chief Minister CN Ashwath Narayan, who is also Minister for Higher Education, announced on Saturday.
The dates have been finalised considering the schedule of the CET conducted by other states, the time-table of the second-year PUC examinations in Karnataka and the CBSE time-table.
On July 7, the CET will be for Biology and Mathematics, and on July 8 for Physics and Chemistry.
The Kannada language test for Horanadu (other states) and Gadinadu (border regions of the state) Kannadiga candidates will be conducted on July 9, the DCM said.
