Justice Umesh M. Adiga Committee Submits Judicial Impact Assessment Report on Karnataka Administrative Tribunal
Bengaluru, August 4: A committee headed by retired High Court judge Justice Umesh M. Adiga on Tuesday submitted its Judicial Impact Assessment report to Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar on the future of the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT), including whether it should be continued or abolished.
The report was handed over during a meeting with the Chief Minister at Vidhana Soudha.
Advocate General Shashikiran Shetty, Additional Chief Secretary Gaurav Gupta and members of the committee were present on the occasion.
