Bengaluru: Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy raised the issue of people repeatedly receiving reservation benefits, saying at a book-launch programme that the pattern merits discussion and scrutiny.
He raised repeat access to reservation benefits as a public-policy question. He announced no change to reservation quotas, eligibility or how the rules are applied.
