Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has committed to expediting its fighter jet deliveries to the Indian Air Force (IAF) in light of existing delays, attributed to engine supply issues from General Electric (GE). The assurance came during a press conference following the IAF chief’s criticism of the slow pace of aircraft availability.
