BENGALURU:
BJP leader V. Somanna is set to travel to Delhi to express his dissatisfaction with the recent election of the BJP state president and leader of the opposition. On December 7th, he will meet with the high command in Delhi to voice his unhappiness over recent developments.
In a media statement on Saturday, Somanna announced that he, along with Basanagowda Patil Yatnal, Gokak MLA Jarkiholi, Arvind Limbavali, and Arvind Bellad, will be visiting Delhi on December 7th. Their purpose is to meet with the high command and convey their views, after which the high command will make necessary decisions, he explained.
Last night, we received a message from the high command. Therefore, we will be going to Delhi for four days, from the 7th to the 10th, to meet with the leaders. Just like a mother only provides milk when the child is weaned, we, as elders, have our own service experience and ideas. We are not afraid to voice our concerns. We will inform the high command about what has transpired. My actions are based on the decision of my superiors, he concluded.
