Drug case: CCB lets Diganth, Aindrita go after questioning
Their responses were ‘quite informative’: Joint Comm Patil
BENGALURU:
In a considerable relief for actors Diganth and Aindrita Ray, the couple were allowed to go home after the CCB questioned them in connection with the Sandalwood drug case on Wednesday. “They will be summoned again when required,” said Joint Commissioner (Crime) Sandeep Patil.
Patil said the star couple’s responses to the questioning were “quite informative”, and added that they would be summoned again. The couple’s mobile phones were confiscated by the cops.
Questioned by the media about their interrogation, Diganth said, “The investigation is going on and we are cooperating with the CCB.”
