CHAMARAJANAGAR: The decomposed carcass of a male tiger was found in the Srikantapura hill of Omkar range in Bandipur, Gundlupete taluk, Chamarajanagar district.
The male tiger aged between 8 to 9 years old. The carcass was spotted by a forest watcher and beat forest officials. A post-mortem examination was conducted in the presence of forest officials.
Rhe forest officials cremated the tiger’s carcass as per the NTCA guidelines.
