Karnataka High Court issues notice to state govt and BBMP over plea seeking constituting of Planning Authority
BENGALURU:
The Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court has ordered closure of all district judiciary courts till June 6.
An order issued by registrar general Rajendra Badamikar said that the period of closure of all the district judiciary, family courts, labour courts and industrial tribunals in the state is hereby extended till June 6 for the purpose of section 4 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
