Modus operandi
In the video, the two youths, dressed in black, can be seen walking next to a parked and apprehend a pedestrian, threatening him at knifepoint. The man, however, manages to flee from the spot.
The duo then return to a bylane which seems to be their hiding place. After some time, both approach another pedestrian in the area. One of them holds the victim’s collar, pulling him back, while the other threatens him with a knife.
