BWSSB Revises Candidate List for Direct Recruitment; Junior Assistant (Residual) Posts Withdrawn from Document Verification Process
Bengaluru, July 9: The Bengaluru Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has issued a revised notification regarding the ongoing direct recruitment process under Notification No. ED/KEA/Administration/CR.25/2025 (RPC), dated November 15, 2025, announcing changes to the list of candidates called for document verification.
According to the Board, candidates had earlier been shortlisted in the 1:5 ratio for various cadre posts and were notified to appear for document verification as part of the recruitment process.
However, BWSSB said that, due to technical reasons, the Junior Assistant – Residual (RPC) cadre posts included in the earlier notification have now been withdrawn from the document verification process.
Following the revision, the Board has published a fresh list of eligible candidates for document verification.
BWSSB has advised all shortlisted candidates to appear for document verification on the date and time allotted to them, carrying all the required original documents and supporting certificates as specified in the recruitment notification.
The Board stated that the revised list of shortlisted candidates, document verification schedule, dates, timings, venue and other recruitment-related instructions have been uploaded on the official BWSSB website for the information of applicants.
Candidates participating in the recruitment process have been advised to regularly check the BWSSB website for further updates and ensure compliance with all document verification requirements to avoid disqualification.
