Bengaluru: Brigade Group has announced the launch of its new residential project ‘Brigade Lumina’ in Northwest Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of over ₹700 crore.

Spread across 4.11 acres on Tumkur Main Road, the project is positioned as a net-zero carbon development, reflecting the company’s focus on sustainability and future-ready housing. The project offers 2 and 3 BHK units ranging between approximately 1,100 sq. ft. and 1,800 sq. ft., designed with large decks, ample natural light, and panoramic views.

Brigade Lumina is strategically located just a five-minute walk from Manjunathanagara Metro Station on the Namma Metro Green Line, ensuring strong connectivity to key office hubs, schools, and healthcare facilities. The location also offers easy access to major retail destinations and shopping malls.

Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, said the project highlights the company’s commitment to delivering premium, sustainable developments in high-growth corridors. She noted that Northwest Bengaluru currently faces a shortage of premium housing, and metro connectivity adds significant value to the project.

The development integrates renewable energy solutions, advanced water management systems, and zero-waste practices, aiming to create a climate-resilient residential ecosystem.

Amenities at Brigade Lumina include a 15,000+ sq. ft. clubhouse, futsal court, basketball practice court, pickleball court, swimming pool with jacuzzi, children’s play areas, pet park, and an outdoor gym—catering to residents across all age groups.

With this launch, Brigade Group continues to strengthen its presence in Bengaluru’s fast-growing residential market while aligning with sustainable development goals.
