Bomb Threat at TCS Company in Bengaluru; Employees Evacuated

In the early hours of the morning, a bomb threat was reported at the TCS Company located in Electronic City. The management board promptly alerted the police, ensuring swift action.

The incident has created an atmosphere of unease within the TCS company premises, leading to the evacuation of all employees.

Authorities have confirmed that the bomb threat was targeted at B block of the TCS company. The Parappana Agrahara Police have arrived at the scene and are currently conducting an investigation.

Additionally, the bomb disposal squad has been notified and is en route to the location. Presently, thorough inspections are being carried out in B block of the company.

A young woman from Belagavi was employed at TCS company but was recently terminated from her position. During her time at the company, she encountered a cab driver. One evening, while under the influence of alcohol, she contacted the cab driver and falsely claimed that there was a bomb located in the B block of the company. Following a thorough investigation by the police, it was determined that the young woman was indeed responsible for the call. As a result, the authorities are now making arrangements to apprehend her in Belagavi, said an officer.
