BY Vijayendra, the state president of the BJP, took to ‘X’ to encourage party workers not to fear anything.
Vijayendra emphasized that activists should not hesitate or feel ashamed to voice their concerns against the Congress government’s anti-people attitude and its numerous failures, be it on any platform, including social media.
He posted on ‘X’ stating there have been complaints about police harassment towards our BJP workers who actively engage on social media.
ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿವೆ.

He further stated that the law does not grant the police the authority to suppress our freedom of expression, which is protected by the Constitution.
In light of these circumstances, the party is committed to providing immediate assistance to our fellow activists across the state if they encounter any trouble, threats, or harassment, he added.
