BENGALURU: Bengaluru police have come up with a new strategy to tackle road rage cases in the city as such incidents are happening repeatedly without fear of law and order.
Recently, a video of a road rage incident went viral on social media, wherein two bike-borne men, Rohit and Manjunath, were seen harassing a car driver and a woman occupant after the car had stopped at a traffic signal. In a fit of rage, they broke the rearview mirror of their car.
The incident occurred on March 9 in KR Pura police station limits. The two men, who were riding a Honda Activa, got into an argument with the woman occupant in the car over not allowing them to pass at the traffic signal. They then broke the car’s mirror and escaped.

The woman car occupant recorded a video of the incident on her mobile phone and shared it on social media. Based on the video, the KR Puram police registered a case and arrested the two accused.
