Now, post-mortem Covid tests are making their way into the Health Department’s listing of coronavirus deaths.
In the latest example, a 31-year-old youth who died in a road accident in Bidar was found infected with the virus after tests were done on his body.
As per the bulletin released by the Karnataka Health and Family Welfare Department, the youth is among 6 deaths reported from Bidar district on Saturday.
He has been named P-21,441, was admitted in a hospital on June 27 and died on June 28. Tests conducted on his body came positive, but the case was reported on Saturday.
