Bengaluru: A robotics pavilion spanning more than 50,000 sq ft, demonstrations by nearly 101 robotics and drone startups, and opportunities for founders to pitch to investors are planned for Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026, scheduled for November 17–19 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC).
More than 1,800 exhibitors are expected at the 29th edition, themed “AI & Beyond”. Minister Priyank Kharge reviewed preparations on Monday, according to a release from his office.
Bengaluru Tech Summit robotics showcase
The Robotics & Autonomous Systems Pavilion, developed in partnership with Bharat1.ai, is expected to feature conversational humanoids, quadruped robot races, autonomous racing systems, warehouse drones and industrial AI robots. An AI Digital Twin Simulator of Bengaluru is also planned.
Dedicated zones will offer live demonstrations, interactive experiences, startup exhibits, research displays and pitching opportunities. The pavilion aims to connect startups with enterprises, investors and researchers while showing how AI is being applied to physical machines.
Pitching, mentoring and investor connections
The second Future Makers Conclave will focus on AI and DeepTech startups. Startup stages, mentoring and pitching sessions are intended to help founders present their solutions, receive feedback and meet potential investors and industry partners.
An Investor Summit will bring together venture capitalists, angel investors, family offices and other investment stakeholders. Workshops and masterclasses will provide focused learning opportunities for founders, aspiring entrepreneurs and technology professionals.
Embedded World India to debut
The summit will also host the inaugural Indian edition of Embedded World India, organised with NürnbergMesse India. The co-located event will bring together embedded systems and electronics technology providers, developers, manufacturers and industry leaders.
The wider programme includes a Trends Stage focused on AI and DeepTech, a Health & Biotech Stage, World Stages for international partnerships, an India-USA Tech Conclave and an Innovation Stage highlighting practical applications of research.
Organised by Karnataka’s Department of Electronics, IT & Bt in association with Software Technology Parks of India, the summit is intended to connect technology businesses, startups, researchers, investors and policymakers. Kharge said the programme should let visitors experience emerging technologies first-hand and create opportunities for collaboration.
