Where to inspect the maps
The maps can be inspected at the offices of the respective city corporations’ Additional Chief Town Planners in the Town Planning department. GBA has also directed residents to its public notifications portal to view the material.
How to submit suggestions or objections
Written representations may be submitted in person or by registered post to the Office of the Chief Town Planner, Greater Bengaluru Authority Head Office, NR Square, Bengaluru – 560002.
They may also be emailed to gba.masterplan@gmail.com.
The notice specifies 60 days from the date of publication of the notification; it does not state a fixed last date. The time limit should therefore not be counted simply from the October 14 X post.
Provisional approval and public consultation
The government order, No. NaAE 597 MNJ 2026 (E), cites Section 12(1)(b) of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961. The invitation for public suggestions and objections is issued under Section 13(1) of the Act.
GBA has asked citizens to review the proposed road circulation maps and submit their views within the stipulated period.
