Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attempt to “personally conduct the consecration ceremony” at the Ram temple in Ayodhya will prove costly given the disapproval of the four shankaracharyas who have refused to attend the ceremony, said Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar.
