Health dept advises online payments

BENGALURU:

The Karnataka health department has issued an advisory to residents to not entertain any food delivery persons in apartment complexes.

The advisory came after some apartment complexes voiced fears over some ‘errant’ occupants not cooperating with the guidelines issued by resident welfare associations.

The advisory reads: “Health advisory regarding maintaining social distancing, avoiding sitting in restaurants or in any type of eateries and instead to procure food through food suppliers who can be allowed up to reception in gated community or till doorsteps of individual houses.”

Further, the advisory has suggested making online payments.
