After Kumaraswamy, his son Nikhil tests positive for Covid-19
HDK’s wife Anitha under home quarantine

After former Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy tested Covid-19 positive on Saturday, his son Nikhil Kumaraswamy has also contracted the dreaded virus. Doctors have advised his mother, Ramanagara legislator Anitha Kumaraswamy, to be in home isolation.
Nikhil Kumaraswamy, who is a Kannada actor and JDS youth wing president, said in a tweet that he too has tested positive and is under medication on the advice of doctors.

Caution for Anitha
Anitha Kumaraswamy has not tested positive but she will be under home quarantine, said a media release issued by Kumaraswamy’s office.
Earlier in the day, HD Kumaraswamy had tested positive for Covid-19. Shockingly, he could not get a bed in Manipal Hospital reportedly due to non-availability of Covid beds.
Deve Gowda earlier
Kumaraswamy’s father and former Prime Minister H D Deve Gowda was admitted to Manipal Hospital on March 31 for Covid treatment and was discharged after recovery on April 5.
