ACP raids cover more officials
BENGALURU:
Early morning raids were carried out by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) at residences and offices of government officials across the state on Wednesday. The searches covered 14 different locations.
Among them was the residence of Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Sathish Kumar at TK Layout in Mysuru city, a house in Dollars Colony in Bengaluru, and his office in Gandhinagar.
The Vijaynagar residence and office of forest officer N Ramakrishna, Srinivaspura zonal forest, Kolar, were searched.
A petrol bunk in the name of the wife of Gopashetti Mallikarjuna, executive engineer of the District Urban Development Cell of the Raichur District Secretariat, and the Nagabhushan tractor showroom at the Raichur-Lingsugur state highway 20 were raided.
ACB sleuths also searched the offices of the Krishna Bhagya Water Corporation’s Assistant Engineer Raghappa Lalappa Lamani in Bagalkot.
