BENGALURU: A woman was reportedly assaulted and harassed by two men near the IndianOil petrol bunk on Hennur Banaswadi Main Road on April 2.
The woman was on her way home from a friend’s house on her motorcycle around 4:30 am when she was approached by two men who began following her and making inappropriate advances.
When some locals attempted to intervene, the assailants brandished a knife, threatened them, and then fled the scene. The victim has filed a complaint with the Banasawadi police, who have initiated an investigation and are actively searching for the suspects.
