Tamil Nadu government has filed an amendment application in the Supreme Court seeking to declare state Governor RN Ravi’s decision for reserving some bills for consideration as unconstitutional, illegal, arbitrary, and unreasonable. The amendment application has been filed by advocate Sabarish Subramanian.
