A group of retired army personnel affiliated with the Akhil Bhartiya Poorva Sainik Seva Parishad (ABPSSP) on Tuesday celebrated the Supreme Court upholding the abrogation of Article 370, saying justice has been done to the soldiers from outside Jammu and Kashmir.
