80 metro workers test positive

BENGALURU:

More than 80 metro rail workers in Bengaluru tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday.

According to BMRCL Public Relations Officer Yashwant Chauhan, the workers were staying at a camp near the proposed Nagawara-Gottigere line.

Around 200 contract workers with Larsen & Turbo were examined. The infected workers have been moved to a Covid Care Centre.
