Lone case is Dakshina Kannada health worker

BENGALURU:

In a big relief for Karnataka, not a single Covid-19 positive case was reported till Sunday afternoon, apart from a medical health worker who tested positive after attending to a Dakshina Kannada woman who was a Covid-19 case.

Karnataka now has a total of 501 cases. 

As per the media bulletin released by the health department, the infected woman is around 47 years and is among those who treated the 75-year-old woman who died a few days ago. 

The deceased woman was patient 432 and was treated at the designated Wenlock Hospital.
