BENGALURU:
Leaving nothing to chance, the Karnataka government has taken over 1,297 private hotel rooms in Bengaluru city to convert them into quarantine centres.
These hotel rooms are located in different parts of the city, including Sudham Nagar, Madiwala, Koramangala, Jayanagar, Gandhinagar, Anand Rao Circle, Ulsoor, Singsandra, Chalukya circle and ITPL Main Road.
According to the Karnataka health department, these hotels will be utilised to quarantine people who are symptomatic and whose reports are awaited.
