Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has underscored the importance of Kyiv and Europe’s inclusion in any future peace discussions concerning the Ukraine conflict. In an interview with Le Monde, released on Thursday, Sybiha stressed, "Nothing can be discussed on Ukraine without Ukraine or on Europe without Europe."
