Remote hearing and resolution of grievances is yet another citizen-friendly initiative of young Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya. The only caveat is that the grievance should be a valid and serious one.
A message by Surya says: “Dear citizens of Bengaluru South, owing to public health interests, we will be meeting citizens and listening to their grievances through virtual conferences. Request an appointment by filling the form https://bit.ly/2Yv0rYs or calling 99464 99464.”
The message adds: “Depending on the purpose of your request, our team will schedule an appointment accordingly, and share the details of the virtual meeting with you over email or phone.
