BENGALURU:
A host of Sandalwood stars has come together in a musical ode to ‘corona warriors’ like doctors, nurses, health workers, the police and other essential staff.
The song starts with the lyrics “Neene Thande, Neene Thayi”(You are the mother, you are the father) hummed by Puneeth Rajkumar standing in front of his father’s photo, followed by the other stars joining in.
The video is a collage of doctors, health workers and policemen going about their risk-fraught duty.
The song is composed by Satya Prakash, the vocals and music are by Big Boss contestant Vasuki Vaibhav and Nobin Paul, and the video is compiled by Ravi Aradhya and directed by Pannaga Bharana.
Actors Rakshita, Srimurali, Vijay Raghavendra, Dolly Dhananjay, Shraddha, Pranita, Aindrita, Digant, Prajwal, Chiranjeevi Sarja, Meghna, Anupama, Shanvi Srivatsav and several others are part of the video.
