After high drama witnessed at dharwad Court; bail plea rejected for three Kashmiri students who raised ‘Pakistan zindabad’ slogans as procedure were not followed
Dharwad: After lawyers from twin city, Hubli-dharwad decided not to represent any of the three Kashmiri students who are facing sedition charges, two advocates from Bengaluru who decided to appear before the local Court had to face from the local advocates.
The two advocates from Bengaluru had reached dharwad Court to move the bail plea of 3 Kashmiri engineering students who had raised pro-Pakistan slogans and are booked under sedition charges.
Principal district and session judge Eshappa Bhute rejected the bail application without admitting it citing procedural lapses.
Meanwhile local advocates protest against the Bengaluru advocates who attempted to represent these three Kashmiri students.
