For the first time in the history of BBMP, a senior lady engineer has been posted to the crucial Traffic Engineering Cell.
“Savita Padmati, Executive Engineer, has been assigned to work in the Traffic Engineering Cell division with immediate effect,” an order issued by the BBMP Chief Commissioner reads.
Savita takes over from Praveen Lingaiah who is promoted as superintendent engineer to look after Mahadevapura zone in solid waste management section.
