Devotees must book slots virtually; Covid-negative certificate or two vaccine doses required for entry
BENGALURU:
On the eve of the Karkkidakam month’s poojas, the Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple’s thirunada will commence on July 16.
Temple PRO Sunil Arumanoor said in a press release that devotees will be allowed entry from July 17.
The ‘darshan’ facility is available daily for 5,000 devotees, who will be allowed in only after they are booked through the virtual queue booking facility.
Persons with a Covid-negative certificate (RT-PCR) not older than 48 hours, or those who have got two doses of a vaccine, will be allowed entry. The thirunada will end on the night of July 21.
