Benz owner discovered window glass broken when he returned from meeting with BBMP officials
BENGALURU:
In a shocking incident, unknown miscreants stole Rs 5 lakh in cash from a Mercedes-Benz car parked inside the BBMP head office premises on Friday.
The incident occurred between 11.30 am and 12 noon behind the temple situated in the BBMP head office premises, in the car parking area.
The Benz car’s window glass behind the driver’s seat was found broken when the owner returned after meeting officials in the BBMP office. He alerted the Halasuru Gate police, following which senior cops visited the spot.

Sources said an FIR has been filed in the Halasuru Gate police station by the Benz car (KA03NE3420) owner.
