Retired IAS Officer G. Satyavathi Sworn in as Chief Information Commissioner of Karnataka

Bengaluru: In a simple ceremony held at Lok Bhavan today, retired IAS officer G. Satyavathi was sworn in as the Chief Information Commissioner of the Karnataka Information Commission.
The oath of office was administered by Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot.

The event was attended by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister H.K. Patil, Energy Minister K.J. George, and Chief Secretary Dr. Shalini Rajneesh, along with other Information Commissioners, who extended their wishes to the newly appointed Chief Information Commissioner.
