CHAMARAJANAGAR: Actor and Bigg Boss Kannada winner Pratham has said that one should not hurt the religious sentiments of others and if one has made a mistake, there are several avenues to rectify the mistake.
Speaking to media persons at Hanur on the controversy raked up by Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on the Sanatan Dharma issue, Pratham said Sanatan Dharma has been in existence for ages and differnt people believe in different religions. “If one does not like something, nobody forces them to do puja. But if they hurt others’ sentiments, are they humans?” he asked.
“All religions should be respected and it is not right to make such public comments. I thought Udhayanidhi Stalin would make amends for his comments, but he has kept repeating them. This will hurt the sentiments of many people. Repeating the same comments again and again is only arrogance”, he said.
