“The people of Karnataka placed their trust in us, and that trust remains our greatest responsibility,” Gandhi wrote.

Extending his congratulations to Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar and his ministerial team, Rahul Gandhi expressed confidence that the new government would carry forward the hopes and expectations of the people of Karnataka.

He also conveyed his gratitude to former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, praising his leadership and contributions to the state.

“My sincere thanks to Shri Siddaramaiah ji, whose leadership and service have strengthened Karnataka and improved millions of lives,” Gandhi said.

Highlighting the Congress party’s welfare agenda, Rahul Gandhi reiterated that the party’s flagship guarantees would continue to remain at the core of governance in Karnataka.

“The Congress party’s guarantees remain the foundation of our governance and commitment to social justice,” he stated.

The Congress leader further assured that the party would continue engaging with citizens and remain focused on delivering its promises.

“We will keep listening, delivering, and serving the people of Karnataka,” Gandhi added.

Rahul Gandhi’s remarks come amid the formation of the new Karnataka government led by D.K. Shivakumar, marking a significant political transition in the state and signalling the Congress leadership’s continued emphasis on welfare programmes and social justice initiatives.
