As they say, in a calamity every contribution, big or little, helps and is welcome. In its efforts to stem the rising curve of coronavirus infections and fatalities, the Karnataka government has received expressions of support and help from many quarters.
One such helping hand is Online Instrument, a private company from Bengaluru, which has offered its mite to assist the state government in its fight against Covid-19.
The company’s spokesperson and cine artist Prashanth Sambaragi has written a letter to Medical Education Minister K Sudhakar which reads: “With sincere concern and support, we are sending 500 numbers of N-95 masks and 40 hand sanitizers to keep people safe from the fatal coronavirus. We all are facing a hard time, and we assure you that we are with you in any situation. Though the problem is massive, we hope a handful of cooperation will add courage to combat Covid-19. Prevention is the only measure that keeps us safe, so please accept these N95 masks and hand sanitizers, and kindly acknowledge…”
The items offered by the company may be small compared to the magnitude of the problem, but many other such contributions could make a big difference in the war against the virus.
