The Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Coal, Pralhad Joshi on Friday slammed the Opposition Congress, which had sought proof for Balakot Airstrike and said that the statements of the Pakistan Government ministers had provided evidence to it.
Speaking to newsmen here, he said that “Pakistani leaders’ statements on Pulwama attack and the release of Abhinandan had provided enough proof to the Congress leaders, who had demanded proof over the Balakot Airstrike”.
The statement of the Pakistan minister Fawad Chaudhry, claiming that Pakistan was behind the Pulwama attack, has given proof to the Congress, on the issue, he said.
Referring to Pakistan MP, Ayaz Sadiq that fearing India’s strong retaliation over the Pulwama incident, Abhinandan was released by the Pakistan, he said that it had shown how strong our leadership against the terrorism and commitment from our defence forces.
Replying to a question the union minister has ruled out any possibilities to re-impose lockdown to check the spread of COVID-19 disease.
“There is no such proposal before the government, the earlier lockdown had been clamped to prepare ourselves to face the challenge” he said.
“The vaccine against the COVID-19 is expected to roll out soon,” he said. (Agency)
