BENGALURU: A motorist assaulted a two-wheeler rider over a dispute regarding overtaking in a road rage incident near Bhattarahalli in KR Pura.
The two-wheeler rider Prateek alleged that the car driver hit his bike while overtaking and then assaulted him when he questioned the driver. The incident occurred in the KR Pura police station limit.
The car driver and another person in the car have been accused of the assault. When Prateek questioned the driver’s fault, he was brutally assaulted. Though Prateek was bleeding profusely, the car driver seemed unconcerned. When Prateek suggested going to the police station, the driver attacked him again on the road.

A complaint has been filed against the car driver bearing registration number M53OA5448 and the other person in the car.
