The Maharashtra government is stepping up measures to retrieve outstanding dues from developers involved in redevelopments on MHADA land. A total of Rs 172 crore remains unpaid by 22 private developers, according to the Minister of State for Housing, Pankaj Bhoyar, who addressed the legislative council on Tuesday.
