Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has asserted that the state’s jails are well-prepared to ensure the security of Tahawwur Rana, an accused figure in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, following his approved extradition from the United States. Citing the robust security measures previously implemented for Ajmal Kasab, one of the terrorists involved in the 2008 attacks, Fadnavis expressed confidence in handling Rana’s custody.
